Join our group of caring professionals who are deeply committed to serving the Reston community. A wide range of part-time and seasonal employment opportunities are available to qualified candidates. These positions generally fall within one of five categories:
- General Program Instructors – Share your special talents, skills and knowledge with others by teaching classes in areas such as computers, cooking, crafts, fitness and exercise, health and wellness, and the visual and performing arts
- Aquatics Instructors – Become a part of RCC's aquatics program, recognized throughout the region for its excellence. Aquatics instructors teach learn-to-swim and adapted aquatics classes and lead water aerobics programs
- Lifeguards – RCC's lifeguards are the heart and soul of our aquatics services. Our guards are trained in the most progressive lifeguarding techniques to ensure public safety
- Maintenance Engineers – Be an important part of what makes RCC so inviting – attractive, clean and safe facilities that residents and businesses use for family celebrations, special occasions, classes, and more. Assist with the set-up and clean-up of RCC’s meeting spaces
- Customer Service Representatives – RCC’s customer service representatives are our ambassadors. They’re often the first faces you see of RCC, helping customers at RCC's Hunters Woods and Lake Anne Central Information Desks, and assisting with registration processing
