Camp Goodtimes on the Road, L.A.R.K. and YAT

2012 Summer Camp Forms
All campers must submit one set of 2012 Summer Camp Forms consisting of :
1) Camp Registration Form
2) Camp Program Guidelines & Requirements
3) Emergency Contact Form
4) Medication Authorization
5) Drop-Off and Pick-Up Information
6) RCC Camp Car Pool List

IMPORTANT:All camp forms are due June 1, 2012 or one week after registration.

Check-In Information

CAMP GOODTIMES ON THE ROAD - Check-in time is at
9:00 a.m. at the Fireside Lounge, RCC Hunters Woods.

YAT- Check-in time is at 9:30 a.m. in the CenterStage Lobby, RCC Hunters Woods.

L.A.R.K. - Check-in time is at 10:00 a.m. in the Art Studio, RCC Lake Anne.
